The EGIA Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to industry workforce development and repositioning HVAC and the trades as a first-choice career path, is once again accepting applications for its HVAC HERO Scholarship Program. The annual program awards up to 20 students pursuing an education in HVAC installation $2,500 apiece to help eliminate some of the barriers preventing passionate, dedicated young people from finding their career paths in the trades.
