Survey:
Your Experience with
Combustion Appliance Safety Testing
|
|
We’re waiting to hear from you! The GoGreen Home
program wants to understand how combustion appliance
safety testing features in your day-to-day
work.
GoGreen
Home has partnered with Richard Heath and
Associates (RHA), an energy efficiency program
consultant, to survey contractors on how you understand
and use the basic principles of building science and
ventilation mechanics when you install insulation or
perform air sealing. Combustion appliance safety is an
important part of the GoGreen Home Program, and we are
looking to gain an understanding of contractors’
knowledge and practices around combustion safety and
testing. You are being contacted because we have
identified you as a GoGreen Home contractor who is
licensed to do air and/or duct sealing, measures that
affect the building envelope.
By participating in this short survey, you can help
GoGreen Home clarify, improve, and streamline our safety
testing protocols and develop resources for contractors.
Participation is optional and your responses are
anonymous; we would very much appreciate your help.
Please fill out the survey using the link below. You may
also be invited to participate in a virtual ‘focus
group’ meeting later in April to further explore this
topic. If you have already taken the survey, thank
you!
Act fast! The
survey closes this Monday, April 11.
