The summer heat is here, and everyone’s goal is to stay
cool! Whether your customer is looking to upgrade their
building envelope, HVAC system, or refrigeration
equipment, the Small
Business Financing (SBF) program can help.
A
broad list of energy saving measures qualify through
SBF, meaning your customers can say yes to more
comprehensive retrofits for improved comfort,
operations, and energy savings. Plus, rebates and
incentives can be used! With SBF’s participating
finance companies, you can take advantage of quick
approvals, pre-funding, and rapid payments. Our
Contractor Support Team is standing by to help you
qualify your projects.
On top of these benefits, SBF is currently
running a promotion that can bring your customers’
interest rate down to 0%.
Promotion Details:

First come, first served while funds last
-
0% interest rate for the customer on a
contractor’s first project
-
1.99% interest rate for the customers on a
contractor’s subsequent projects
-
Valid for projects up to $30,000 and terms up to
36 months (larger amounts and longer terms
available; contact a participating financing
company to learn more)
To take advantage of this promotion, follow these four

Evaluate your project to make sure it’s a good
fit for the promotion.

Approach your customer with a project quote
featuring the reduced interest rate.

Get the project pre-approved by the SBF Program
to reserve promotion funds.

Projects must be pre-approved by the SBF Program to
reserve promotion funds. Promotion funds are
limited and there is no assurance that they remain
available until the project has been pre-approved.

Coming Soon: On-Bill Repayment
|
|
|
On-Bill Repayment (OBR) will be offered through SBF in
Fall 2021, making it possible for your customers to
enjoy the ease of monthly payments made through
their utility bill. We will notify our contractors as
soon as this becomes available, so please keep an eye on
these newsletters for more information.
