As 2025 comes to a close, we want to recognize the meaningful work completed through GoGreen Business this year. Contractors and project developers supported commercial customers in making practical upgrades that improved comfort, reduced energy use, and supported long-term savings. Over the course of the year, GoGreen Business financing supported 54 projects totaling more than $3.75 million in installed energy improvements across California.
This year’s activity centered on lighting upgrades, high-efficiency HVAC installations, and improved water-heating systems, reflecting steady demand for equipment that strengthens day-to-day operations while lowering operating costs. Compared with 2024, project counts rose by 23 percent and installed upgrades increased by 25 percent, reflecting steady growth in commercial participation.
