Summer demand shows up every year but turning that demand into completed jobs depends on how projects are positioned from the start. From April through June 2025, 423 HVAC projects moved forward, including 419 heat pump projects. Together, heat pump projects totaled over $10 million in work, and made up about 25% of all financed projects during this period. This shows that when financing is part of the conversation early, more homeowners move forward with higher-impact upgrades instead of delaying or scaling back.
That same pattern is already starting again. Early activity this spring shows projects picking up as homeowners begin moving forward before peak heat sets in. One thing remains consistent: homeowners want to upgrade, but cost can slow them down. When financing is available at the time of estimate, it becomes much easier for them to say yes and move forward instead of waiting.
