The promotion offers:
- 0% -2% financing for loan terms of 10–15 years
- Financing for heat pump HVAC systems and heat pump water heaters
- Project financing up to $30,000
Borrower household must qualify as low-income and be located in a designated Low Income/Disadvantaged Community.
