Thanks to contractors like you, 2025 was another standout year for GoGreen Home. More Californians were able to upgrade their homes with energy-efficient equipment that keeps them comfortable and saves money.
This year, GoGreen Home contractors completed more than 6,148 new projects across California — a new record for the program. By comparison, in 2024 contractors completed 3,105 projects.
Here’s a quick look at what you helped make happen:
- 3,418 households install new HVAC systems to stay comfortable year-round.
- 1,583 Californians choose heat pump technology, helping them save energy while heating and cooling with one system.
- 1,572 families add solar + battery systems, giving them more control over their energy use.
- 107 homes upgrade their water heating systems, plus 60 that installed heat pump water heaters for better efficiency.
- 1,248 households improve their home’s envelope, protecting them from heat, cold, and energy loss.
